How to Choose and Change Watch Faces on Apple Watch and Wear OS
A watch face is the software layout that shows the time and selected information. You can usually change it using the watch or its companion app. Physical cases, screen protectors and replacement bands do something different, so they are not included as watch-face recommendations here.
Start with the built-in designs. Pick a layout that makes your two or three most useful details easy to read before considering extra downloads.
Choose a layout around what you need

Apple Watch
Apple provides built-in faces with different features and customization options. Use the official faces and features list to see which suit your model and software version. Follow Apple’s face-changing instructions to select and edit a face.
Start with a face already available on your watch, add only the information you want to see, and check the result on the watch screen rather than judging it only from a phone preview. A new band or cover is not required for this change.
Wear OS
Google’s instructions describe waking the watch, touching and holding the screen, then browsing and selecting a face. Some models use a different gesture. When a face does not show the information you expected
Check whether the face supports that complication, whether its app is installed, and whether the relevant permissions are enabled. Follow your platform’s instructions rather than assuming every watch face can show every type of data.
